1. Warranty Policy:

The device is warranted for 60 days from the invoice date against manufacturing defects only.

Warranty Exclusions:

The warranty does not cover malfunctions resulting from misuse, breakage, dropping, burning, liquid damage, or the use of non-compatible power sources or accessories.

Voiding Warranty:

The warranty is strictly void if the device is opened, tampered with, seals are removed, or if repaired by an unauthorized party.

The store is not liable for any data loss or any indirect damages resulting from device failure.

The store’s obligation is limited to repair or replacement based on technical assessment only.

2. Return Policy:

Returns are available within 10 days from the invoice date.

Condition Requirement: The device must be in its original condition without actual use, and free from any signs of misuse or tampering.

A technical inspection will be conducted upon receipt; the right to return is cancelled if any damage or usage is proven.

3. Shipping Fees & Charges:

Shipping or delivery fees (if any) are non-refundable and are not included in the refund amount.

If the reason for return is not a manufacturing defect, the customer shall bear all shipping costs.

4. Essential Condition:

The Original Invoice is a mandatory requirement to avail of warranty or return services.
